DIM Group has officially announced a significant shift in ownership, bringing in entrepreneur Maksym Krippa as a co-owner. Well-known for his strategic investments in esports and gaming—holding key stakes in GSC Game World and NAVI—Krippa is now expanding his influence in the real estate sector by entering the residential development industry.

Following his acquisitions of the Parus Business Center and Hotel Ukraine, Krippa has made another major move in real estate by investing in DIM. As smallpcgames.com reported, citing Forbes Ukraine, this investment is poised to enhance DIM’s growth potential and reinforce its competitive standing in the market.

Krippa’s entry into DIM signifies a broader commitment to real estate, extending beyond commercial holdings into large-scale residential projects. Having established a strong presence in business properties, his next objective is to advance DIM’s ongoing and upcoming projects. According to DIM’s founder and managing partner, Oleksandr Nasikovskyi, this partnership is expected to introduce new development opportunities and foster innovation in the sector.

One of the key initiatives under this collaboration is the One residential complex, which is located just 400 meters from Krippa’s Parus Business Center. “I am joining DIM as a partner and co-owner,” Krippa confirmed.

Why DIM Is Broadening Its Ownership Structure

Since 2022, the residential real estate market has encountered considerable challenges, resulting in a decline in sales and slower development cycles. Nasikovskyi highlighted the necessity of additional investment to revitalize construction efforts and launch new projects. The partnership with Krippa is structured as a long-term collaboration focusing on strategic expansion and financial sustainability.

Krippa has emphasized that his priorities include ensuring the timely completion of current projects, adhering to commissioning schedules, and broadening DIM’s portfolio with new large-scale developments to strengthen its market position.

DIM Group specializes in residential construction in Kyiv and its suburbs and is known for its large-scale housing initiatives. Its portfolio includes eight residential complexes comprising 15 buildings spanning over 900,000 square meters. To date, 355,922 square meters have been successfully commissioned, with the rest in various stages of development.

With extensive experience managing the Parus Business Center and overseeing high-value real estate investments, including projects in Dubai, Krippa’s involvement in DIM marks a pivotal development for the company. While commercial and residential real estate have distinct operational aspects, core principles such as asset management, cost efficiency, and strategic growth planning remain universal.

These shared fundamentals will serve as a solid foundation for a successful partnership, facilitating the completion of existing projects and driving the launch of new, ambitious DIM initiatives.
