Singer Jason Derulo is headlining at SunFest, and he’s trying to get out of the South Florida housing market.
The singer of Wiggle and Whatcha Say has just relisted his Coconut Creek mansion for $2.25 million a year after he listed it for $2.9 million.
The massive, very spacious, nearly cavernous 11,514 square-foot home has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a recording studio.
And a packed gym.
South Florida native Derulo purchased the place for $1.75 million in 2012, and spent a bunch on renovations.
The house is currently listed with Adi Amuial and Alexander Goldstein of Miles Goldstein Real Estate.
Amuial told Curbed Miami: “This home is absolutely spectacular. It’s truly massive and Mr. Derulo spared no expense when it came to creative detail.”
Former listing agent, Colleen Kaye of Coldwell Banker said Derulo “put so much of his taste into the house.”
It shows.
Check out the video below to get a bird’s eye view of the house via drone.
And for the diehard Derulo fans, we have to add: Whatcha Gonna Do With That Big Fat House? List it, list it, list it, list it!
