Miami-Dade Police kicked No Air singer Chris Brown off the private jet he was renting when the pilot refused to take off because of the pervasive order of marijuana smoke in the cabin.
We’re told Brown, 27, was with a half-dozen friends who took to social media to brag about the incident.
There was no arrest since Miami-Dade County is among a growing number of Florida areas where police are not required to arrest someone for smoking pot.
Cops were called to Miami International Airport‘s private Signature Flight Support terminal Monday afternoon when Brown’s pilot shut down his engines, opened wide the cabin’s doors and complained to authorities about the pot smoke.
Apparently, the pilot tried to be nice with Brown and his peeps, and respectfully asked that, according to federal guidelines, they refrain from smoking anything.
The pilot felt ignored and refused to push back.
In their report, cops reported smelling the sweet stuff, too, and told Brown and his entourage to clear out, or else.
There’s no comment from Brown.
Last year, Brown was accused of blowing smoke toward a flight attendant on a similar private jet but eventually extinguished his picker-upper before takeoff.
