More Sun, Fewer Storms

By Donna Thomas, SouthFloridaReporter Meteorologist, June 7, 2015 – South Florida will see more sun and fewer afternoon storms develop on Sunday. After a mild start, look for sun and clouds, an inland afternoon storm or two, and highs in the upper 80s. Typical June afternoon storms will be in the forecast for Monday through Wednesday, and highs will be in the seasonable upper 80s. Drier air will work its way in starting on Thursday, and that trend will linger through the workweek, along with highs in the upper 80s.
