Masters 2nd Place Finisher Lee Westwood Hangs ‘For Sale’ Sign On Palm Beach Mansion

English golfer Lee Westwood, who wowed sports fans with his unexpectedly strong second-place finish Sunday at The Masters, has hung a “For Sale” sign on the Palm Beach Gardens house he’s been calling home since 2013.

And Westwood, who’s moving back to England, is trying to make a couple bucks in the process.

The property, at 12235 Tillinghast Circle in view of Old Palm Golf Club‘s 14th fairway, is on the market for $10.9 million, Gossip Extra has learned.

Westwood, 42, who ended Woods’ reign as the No. 1 golfer in the world in late 2010 but has struggled since, paid $5.875 million on the then-brand spanking new 10,000-square-foot mansion. He signed on the dotted line at a time when fellow Brit Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods and Ernie Els and dozens of top golfers were moving into the north side of Palm Beach County.

Westwood, his wife Laurae and their two children moved in right on time for the start of the 2013 Honda Classic at the nearby PGA National.

Since then, however, quite a bit has happened.

Westwood filed for divorce from Laurae in August, according to county records, and resigned his PGA Tour membership to concentrate on the European tour.

Described as “immaculate,” the house boasts six bedrooms, his and hers master baths, a theater, large family room with open beam ceiling detail, marble floors, light and bright kitchen with upgraded gas appliances, expansive covered lanai with large gas fire pit and wet bar, custom pool and spa.
