South Florida was off to a cold start Wednesday morning, but a warming trend will make the afternoon pleasant. After chilly morning lows ranging from the upper 40s to mid 50s, Wednesday features enough sun to let afternoon highs reach the low 70s.
Thursday will continue the warming trend, with lows mostly in the 50s but afternoon temperatures climbing to the seasonable mid 70s.
Friday will start off in the 60s, and highs will be in the upper 70s as moisture increases in advance of yet another cold front. The front will move through quickly on Friday night, bringing showers and storms. That will bring in colder air for the weekend, with highs topping off in the upper 60s on both Saturday and Sunday.
