America’s poor little rich girl Athina Onassis, the sole heir of Jackie Kennedy‘s shipping magnate second husband Aristotle Onassis, just sold her Wellington horse farm for $12.75 million, three years after buying it.

The 5.62 acre property at 3674 Grand Prix Farms Drive includes a 20-stall barn and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom owner’s apartment above it.

The place was sold turnkey with furnishings that include a horse treadmill, an aqua horse treadmill and a Brazilian rodizio barbecue, according to a story in The Real Deal.

It’s unclear exactly who the new owners are, but we’re told they won’t be showing up until next season.

And they’ll be in the center of the action when they do.

The property is right next to the Palm Beach Equestrian Center, which hosts the Winter Equestrian Festival. In fact, Onassis bought the property from festival owner Mark Bellissimo for $12 million in 2014.

Accomplished equestrian heiress Onnasis added features to combat the Florida sun and bugs: screened-in areas and remote-controlled shades.
