President-elect Donald Trump has scheduled his first news conference since winning the election in November. The news conference is expected to begin at 11am EDT and will be broadcast from New York.

The main topic of questioning will be about UNCONFIRMED reports that Russia had ‘compromising’ information about Mr. Trump. Trump and his team have vehemently denied the report, at one point labelling it ‘fake news.’
There will likely be many other questions about Russian hacking and influence on the U.S. presidential election, along with Mr. Trump’s cabinet nominees and any connections they have to Russia. Bloomberg’s Kevin Cirilli reports on “Bloomberg Surveillance.”
