Showers And Storms With Your Turkey, More Of The Same On Black Friday

turkey

turkeySouth Florida will get a side order of showers and storms along with the turkey this Thanksgiving Day. After a few early showers, Thursday features additional periods of showers and storms, plenty of clouds, and a bit of sun at times as a front arrives. We could even see strong storms (with gusty winds, dangerous lightning, and heavy rain) in some spots. It’s a good day for the indoor celebrations of the season. Highs on Thursday will be mostly in the mid 80s.

Showers continue to move through overnight, so Black Friday bargain hunters will need to take the rain gear. Friday will be another day of showers, storms, and clouds. Friday’s highs will be in low 80s.

We’ll see a nice mix of sun and clouds on Saturday as drier air moves in, but don’t count out a stray shower. Saturday’s highs will be in the upper 70s.

Sunday will be pleasant, with lots of sun and a few clouds. Sunday’s highs will be in the upper 70s.

The seasonably nice weather lasts into Monday, with good sun and a few clouds at times. Highs on Monday will be in the mid to upper 70s.

Another thing to be thankful for — the tropics are quiet.
