Afternoon Storms Again

By Donna Thomas, SouthFloridaReporter Meteorologist, June 5, 2015 – South Florida will see some afternoon storms on Friday, while tropical moisture remains in place over the Keys and to our east. Look for hot sun and building clouds, passing storms by mid-afternoon, and highs in the upper 80s.

Showers will be around on Saturday morning, and we’ll see storms develop on Saturday afternoon. Saturday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.

Sunday will begin a shift to our typical rainy season pattern of afternoon storms forming on the sea breeze, and we’ll see highs in the upper 80s as well. That pattern will last through the first half of the workweek.
