This year, the Village of Palmetto Bay held their annual decorate your home for the holidays contest.  Mayor Karyn Cunningham, Vice-Mayor John DuBois, Councilman David Singer and his son, Jeremy, boarded the festooned IBUS and traversed the Village, visiting 21 families who decorated their homes for the holidays.

The Mayor and the Village officials visited each house. Two homes, in particular, were so fabulous, that they tied for first place: The Aristizabals at 14321 SW 75th Ct., and the Kramers at 15204 SW 73rd Ct. They both received free tickets to see “Cirque Dreams Holidaze” at the James L. Knight Center on December 28th. Congratulations!

The Kramer family received a surprise visit from Mayor Karyn Cunningham with the news that they tied for first place in the Village of Palmetto Bay’s “Holidaze Light Tour”
