
South Florida will see a mix of clouds, sun, and a few showers as bargain hunters hit the stores on Friday. Look for passing showers in spots and a moderate risk of dangerous rip currents at the Atlantic beaches, but mostly the day will feature sun and clouds. Highs will reach the low 80s.
Sun, clouds, and a few passing showers are the order of the day on Saturday, along with highs near 80 degrees.
Look for lots of sun and highs in the upper 70s on Sunday.
Monday features sun and a few clouds, along with highs near the 80 degree mark.
Tuesday will bring another sun and cloud mix, and highs will be in the low 80s.
In the tropics, Tropical Storm Otto has moved into the eastern Pacific, the first Atlantic system to do that since 1996. At 4 am Friday, Otto was located near 10.6 North, 86.2 West, and was moving west at 13 miles per hour. Maximum sustained winds were 70 miles per hour. Otto will gradually weaken over the eastern Pacific.
