Some Sun, Some Showers, Some Storms

some showers

Storms and showers are the weather story in South Florida on Tuesday. After a warm and somewhat muggy start, Tuesday features sun and clouds in the morning and periods of showers and storms in the afternoon. Heavy downpours are possible, and we could see gusty winds and dangerous lightning with some of the storms. Highs on Tuesday will be mostly in the upper 80s in the east coast metro areas and in the interior, and in the mid 80s along the Gulf coast.

Showers will taper off during the overnight hours, and Wednesday will bring clearing skies and drier conditions. Wednesday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.

Thursday will feature good sun and a few clouds. Thursday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.

Look for plenty of sun and a few clouds on Friday. Friday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.

Look for a nice mix of sun and clouds on Saturday, and a stray shower will be possible along the east coast. Highs on Saturday will be in the mid 80s again.
