

Steve Phillips, President of Show Biz Productions, announced that the company is the recipient of the 2017 Fundraiser of the Year Award, presented by the National Association of Casino Party Operators (NACPO). This award honors the leaders in the casino party operator industry. Show Biz Productions excelled in the Fundraising Category and the award is a testament to the skill, ingenuity and expertise in fundraising endeavors.
The NACPO membership voted on the winner of this award. The Association is made up of 50 companies nationwide that produce charity casino fun nights or fundraisers for a wide variety of worthwhile causes. The conference was held in New Orleans and had a total of 38 submissions for its awards program.
Steve Phillips and Show Biz Productions have been producing casino nights and fundraising events since he purchased the business in September of 1979. Since then, he has produced numerous successful fundraisers that have netted millions of dollars for these important and worthy causes.
“This has given me the opportunity to do well and to do good at the same time. Casino night fundraising events, produced by Show Biz Productions, give people the opportunity to play the games all in the spirit of fun and entertainment while benefiting their favorite charity,” Phillips said.
