Rosie O’Donnell and her nemesis Donald Trump made didn’t make great neighbors, even though the Intracoastal separated Trump’s Mar-a-Lago from the Northwood Village mansion O’Donnell bought last year.
But now that Trump’s the President-elect, the nearness is proving too much for O’Donnell who listed her West Palm home for sale.
[We were the first to tell you when she got the house for $5.27 million last summer.]
Now, she’s got the 5,700-square-foot house at 3100 N. Flagler back on the market and stands to make an impressive profit if she gets her $6.05 million asking price.
The six-bedroom house has 178 feet of waterfront, an outdoor fireplace and a guest home. She purchased this house after selling her Star Island mansion in 2013 for $16.5 million.
She may hate Trump, but like him, she sure loves money and making money from real estate!
And like him, she sure loves Twitter.
