Heavy rain is likely, and there’s a flood watch in effect for all of South Florida through at least Tuesday morning. A high risk of dangerous rip currents is in place at the Atlantic beaches. Highs on Monday will be mostly in the mid-80s, with a few locations reaching the steamy upper-80s.
Tuesday will bring clouds and showers to the East Coast metro area, while the Gulf Coast will see a mix of sun, clouds, morning showers, and some afternoon storms. Look for sun, clouds, and some showers in spots in the Keys. Tuesday’s highs will be in the mid-80s.
Wednesday will feature good sun, some clouds at times, and the chance of a shower or two in the East Coast metro area. The Gulf Coast and the Keys will see lots of sun. Wednesday’s highs will be mostly in the upper-80s in the East Coast metro area and in the mid-80s along the Gulf Coast and the Keys.
Thursday will be a sunny and hot day around South Florida. Thursday’s highs will be mostly in the upper-80s, with a few inland locations topping out in the low-90s.
Friday’s forecast calls for another day of hot sun and summerlike temperatures. Highs on Friday will be in the low 90s in the East Coast metro area and the upper-80s along the Gulf Coast and the Keys.
