MIAMI BEACH — In a shocking divorce case filed in Miami, the 3rd ex-wife of rockerPhil Collins claims her new husband is trying to take a $8.4 million-mansion in Miami Beach away from her — and allegedly forced her to sign away most of her fortune to him!
And now that she is back with Collins and living with him on his famous property on Biscayne Bay, the 43-year-old Orianne Collins says in court documents she wants everything returned by current husband Charles Mejjati because he allegedly took advantage of her popping prescription pain killers.
The stunning allegations were made by 43-year-old Orianne in her Jan. 19 divorce filing against venture capitalist Mejjati, 46.
Unbeknowst to many, Orianne has been “separated and living apart,” the paperwork reads, from Mejjati less than eight years after they were married in Geneva, Switzerland.
And Collins took her back despite the fact their 2007 divorce cost him $50 million, including legal bills.
A source close to the 65-year-old Phil tells Gossip Extra Orianne, her two sons with the singer as well as her 5-year-old son with the Moroccan-born Mejjati have all been secretly living with Phil since last summer.
“The divorce filing is really designed to get Charles off of her and Phil’s back,” the source said.
