New Year’s Day features some overnight fog, especially in the suburbs and the interior.  Then the day will be mostly sunny with just a slight chance of a stray shower as a weak front moves through.  Look for a moderate risk of dangerous rip currents along the Palm Beach County coast.  Highs on Wednesday will be in the upper-70s right at the Atlantic coast, near 80 degrees elsewhere in the East Coast metro area, and the mid-70s along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys — but temperatures will drop quickly during the evening hours.

Thursday will bring cool morning lows in the mid-50s to mid-60s, followed by a mix of sun and clouds in the East Coast metro area and mostly sunny skies along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys.  Thursday’s highs will be in the mid-70s.

Friday will feature another cool start.  Then look for a nice mix of sun and clouds in the East Coast metro area and the Keys and lots of sun along the Gulf Coast.  Friday’s highs will be mostly in the mid-70s.

Saturday morning will be chilly on the mainland, with lows in the low to mid-50s.  We’ll see sunny skies on the mainland and a mix of sun and clouds in the Keys.  Saturday’s highs will top out in the upper-60s.

Faith Based Events

Sunday’s forecast calls for another chilly start, with morning lows in the mid-40s to the low-50s on the mainland and in the low-60s in the Keys.  Then we’ll see sunny skies and a bit of a warmup.  Highs on Sunday will be near 70 degrees.
