PALM BEACH — Domestic diva Martha Stewart, as you found out exclusively inGossip Extra over the weekend, has been hanging out in the Palm Beach area.

On Saturday morning, she materialized at downtown West Palm Beach’s GreenMarket.

Here is the rest of the story: Former model Stewart is looking for Palm Beach real estate, according to a broker source.

However, Gossip Extra hears, she’s not impressed with the offerings so far!

Faith Based Events

The former tax-evading jailbird, who’s now a good-looking 74, is searching high and low for something relatively cheap by celebrity standards.

She and her Brown Harris Stevens broker were spotted on half a dozen properties on the island.

None of them was good enough for the queen of home living.

“She wants a single family house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms,” our source says, “but she doesn’t want to spend more than $4.5 million.

“For that kind of money these days in Palm Beach, there ain’t a hell of a lot to pick from.”

Actually, according to our calculations, that leaves fewer than 15 properties in play for Martha, including several a few feet to the south of the Seabreeze Avenue home of Republican media apologist Ann Coulter.

“She thinks she could get something on the ocean with that kind of money but they’re telling her to forget about that,” the source said.
