MIAMI — Justin Bieber’s Florida stops on the new world tour scheduled to kick off in early March are likely to be super busy – and, once again, cloaked in controversy.
The Biebs, 21, who’s supposed to rock American Airlines Arena July 1 and 2 after shows in Jacksonville and Orlando, has been ordered to also make himself available for a deposition in a lawsuit that could take two days.
Good thing he’s got the long Fourth of July weekend off!
According to Miami-Dade County records, Judge Jerald Bagley told Bieber to not only appear for the deposition in Florida instead of his home state of California, but he must show up for the court proceedings before July 31 — or else.
Bagley is forcing Bieber’s hand after the singer of Boyfriend and Sorry claimed in court filings he would not be available at any time from Feb. 16 to Dec. 31, 2016.
The depo has to do with Bieber being sued by his second Miami paparazzo who claims Bieber ordered bodyguards to “get him” after he took photos of the troubled star outside a nightclub with a low-level model.
The short foot chase ended in an all-night Subway sandwich shop where shutterbug Manuel Munoz was recorded begging not to be hurt.
“The judge understands Bieber is making it hard on us,” said Mark DiCowden, Munoz’ lawyer.
