South Florida will see some showers and storms on Wednesday as changes in our weather are on the way. After early fog on Wednesday, look for a mix of sun and clouds, a moderate risk of dangerous rip currents at the Atlantic beaches, and highs in the unseasonable mid 80s during most of the day. Then showers and a few storms move in late on a building breeze as a front approaches. While the showers and storms should lose much of their punch to our north, we could possibly see a strong storm late on Wednesday.
Thursday features clouds and showers on the breeze, some sun, an elevated risk of dangerous rip currents at the Atlantic beaches, and highs in the upper 70s.
Friday will be drier and quite cool, with morning lows in the 50s. Even with good sun and just a few clouds, highs on Friday will only reach the mid 70s.
Saturday will feature some sun, more clouds, a few showers, and highs near 80 degrees as the holiday weekend gets under way.
Look for a mix of sun and clouds, with a few showers thrown in, on Sunday. Sunday’s highs will be in the low 80s.
