In the tropics. the low now centered over Georgia has a medium chance of developing into a depression after it emerges in the waters off the Carolina coast in a couple of days. In any case, it’s expected to bring heavy rains to portions of the southeastern states.  Elsewhere, Eduoard is post tropical and out of the picture, and the wave near the Windward Islands is not expected to develop.
