South Florida will be breezy with passing showers on Saturday, and hazards will plague both Atlantic and Gulf beaches.
Saturday starts with seasonable morning lows in the mid 70s in Miami-Dade and Broward and in the low 70s along the Gulf coast. The day will bring plenty of showers on the breeze to the east coast, while the Gulf coast will see more sun and fewer showers. Highs will be mostly in the mid 80s.
An elevated risk of dangerous rip currents continues at the Atlantic beaches into Monday, and a coastal flood advisory is in place through Monday morning.
Flooding is likely in low-lying locations along the Miami-Dade and Broward coastline during high tides, as astronomical conditions are enhanced by swells left over from Nicole.
On the Gulf coast, a red tide advisory continues through Monday night. Look for a strong breeze and periods of showers around the region on Sunday, with highs in the mid 80s.

Tropical Storm Nicole is forecast to strengthen again in the north Atlantic. At 5 am Saturday, Nicole was located near 38.1 North, 51.6 West, and had maximum sustained winds of 70 miles per hour. It was moving east-northeast at 17 miles per hour. Nicole will lose its tropical characteristics as it interacts with a trough over the next few days.
