Ruben Conitzer's legal practice focuses primarily on corporate and real estate transactions. ​ Ruben regularly represents companies of all sizes in a wide variety of transactions, including issuances and acquisitions of debt and equity instruments, mergers, asset purchases, and real property transactions.
