Another Day Of Afternoon Storms Today

Another Day

Friday will be another day of afternoon storms in South Florida, but drier weather is ahead for at least part of the weekend.  In the meantime, Friday will start with a mix of hot sun and clouds.  Then showers and storms will develop in the afternoon, with the possibility that some of those storms (especially in the northern part of our area) could be strong.  Highs on Friday will be in the low 90s.

Saturday will see the arrival of some Saharan dust, which will create hazy skies and a lower chance of showers and storms — but we can’t rule out some isolated activity.  Saturday’s highs will be in the low 90s.

Sunday will be hot and hazy, with just the chance of an isolated inland storm.  Sunday’s high will be in the low 90s — but it will feel quite a bit hotter.

We’ll still be on the hot and hazy side on Monday, but returning moisture will allow a few showers and storms to develop.  Monday’s highs will be in the low 90s.

Faith Based Events

We’ll return to our rainy season pattern on Tuesday, with sun and clouds to start, followed by afternoon showers and storms developing along the sea breezes.  Highs on Tuesday will be in the low 90s.
