Afternoon Showers And Storms – Again!

afternoon
Afternoon showers and storms are in the forecast for South Florida on Friday.  The day begins with a mix of sun and clouds.  Then showers and storms will form along the sea breezes around midday, pushing inland.  Highs on Friday will be in the low 90s.
Saturday will see some drier air begin to filter in, so look for a mix of sun and clouds with scattered showers and storms in the afternoon.  Saturday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Sunday will bring slightly hazy skies, hot sun, and late-day showers and storms in spots.  Sunday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Monday will feature a mix of sun and clouds, with afternoon showers and storms forming along the sea breezes.  Monday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Look for more of the same on Tuesday — sun, clouds, and passing showers and storms in the afternoon.  Highs on Tuesday will be — you guessed it — in the low 90s.
Chris is now extra tropical and on its way to oblivion in the cold North Atlantic waters.  The remnants of Beryl have morphed into a low a few hundred miles west of Bermuda.  But this low will battle unfavorable winds, giving it only a low chance of redeveloping into a tropical depression during the next 5 days.
