A Sizzling Stormy Start To Spring

Spring is off to a sizzling start in South Florida on Tuesday. After some early fog in spots, Tuesday features a mix of sun, clouds, showers, and even a few storms as the front advances into our area. A moderate risk of dangerous rip currents is in place at the Gulf beaches. Highs on Tuesday will be in the upper 80s, lower 90’s, in most areas.

The front is gone by Wednesday morning, and any lingering showers will give way to clearing skies and drier air. Wednesday’s highs will be near 80 degrees.

Thursday morning will be quite cool, with lows in the 50s. Then we’ll see good sun and a few clouds. Thursday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 70s.

Friday morning will bring lows in the 50s in most locations and the upper 40s well inland. Then Friday will feature lots of sun and a few clouds at times. Friday’s highs will be in the mid 70s.

Look for a mix of sun and clouds on Saturday. Saturday’s highs will be near 80 degrees.
