A Mix Of Sun, Showers And Plenty Of Heat; Keeping A Close Eye On The Tropics

heat
South Florida will be warm with a few showers on Monday as we watch the tropics for some late-season development.  Here at home, Monday features a mix of sun and clouds, a few showers, and plenty of November heat.  Highs on Monday will be mostly in the upper 80s.
Tuesday will bring a mix of sun, clouds, and quick showers.  Tuesday’s highs will be in the upper 80s.
Look for more showers and clouds on a warm Wednesday.  Wednesday’s highs will be mostly in the upper 80s.
Showers, clouds, and even a stray storm will move in on Thursday as a front approaches.  Thursday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.
Friday will feature a few lingering showers early, followed by a mix of sun and clouds.  Highs on Friday will be in the low to mid 80s.
We’re watching the wave east of the Leeward Islands.  It has a high chance of developing into a tropical or subtropical depression during the second half of the week.  It is expected to move to the west or northwest, near the southeastern Bahamas, before being caught up in the front that will move through Florida late in the week — but timing is everything.  We’ll keep a close eye on it and any potential impacts on our area.  Remember, hurricane season lasts until the end of November.
