Tropical Storm Fay made landfall near Atlantic City, New Jersey on Friday afternoon. Fay is now a post-tropical system as it continues to bring heavy rain and the potential for flash flooding to the Northeast. At 5 am Saturday, Fay was located about 30 miles south of Albany, New York, and it was moving north at 17 miles per hour. Maximum sustained winds were 35 miles per hour. What’s left of Fay will move into northwestern New England on Saturday and into Canada on Sunday.
