By Donna Thomas, SouthFloridaReporter.com Meteorologist, Dec. 21, 2015 – A taste of winter came to South Florida this weekend, but it’s gone again for the foreseeable future. Instead, we’ll have passing showers on the breeze Monday (and a high risk of dangerous rip currents will remain), and highs will be in the low to mid 80s.

Tuesday is the first day of winter and will bring more showers and highs in the unseasonable low to mid 80s.
Shower chances will decrease starting on Wednesday, but highs will still be in the low to mid 80s.
Thursday will be warm and somewhat sticky, with highs in the mid 80s, and Christmas Eve will be more tropical than seasonable. Christmas Day will continue our streak of warm days, and highs will be in the low to mid 80s. Look for a warm and mostly dry weekend to follow.
