
South Florida will be cloudy and unseasonably warm today. A showers are possible on Sunday, especially in the morning, but the bulk of any activity will remain offshore. Instead, we’ll see lots of clouds, some sun at times, and highs in the mid 80s.
Then dry air settles in, and Presidents Day will feature a nice mix of sun and clouds. Look for highs in the low 80s on Monday.
Tuesday will be dry as well, with lots of sun, a few clouds, and highs once again in the low 80s.
Moisture returns on Wednesday as a front approaches. The day will bring clouds on a building breeze, periods of sun, and showers during the afternoon and evening. Wednesday’s highs will be near 80 degrees.
Computer models are now lessening the chances of strong storms Wednesday evening and into Thursday, but showers and storms are still in the forecast. Thursday will start with periods of rain, and the day will be cloudy. Highs on Thursday will top out near the 80 degree mark.
