That’s right: According to the country whose mascot he allegedly callously tortured and killed, he did nothing wrong.
he life of the Minnesota-based dentist, who has a second home in Marco Island, was nearly destroyed after he was named as the killer of the star lion at Hwange National Park.
His dentistry practice was briefly closed and his home in Florida vandalized.
Palmer is no saint.
His hunting habits got him in trouble in 2006, when he illegally killed an American black bear in Wisconsin and allegedly paid off his buddies to shut their mouths about it..
He was fined $2,938 for the incident and given a year of probation.
