TV May Be The Reason Why You’re Not Having A lot of Sex (Video)

A new study suggests people who own a TV are less likely to have sex than those who don’t. Buzz60’s Sam Berman has the full story.

The National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) have released a major study “DOES TELEVISION KILL YOUR SEX LIFE?”  The researchers gathered evidence from 80 Countries and over 4 million people.  The results, says NBER, suggest that while television may not kill your sex life, it is associated with some sex life morbidity. The report says that owning a TV maybe responsible for a 6% drop in your having sex.

Maybe “Netflix and chill” isn’t a millennial euphemism for having sex, but actually does refer to binge watching the latest popular show.

That’s at least what a new study circulated Monday by the National Bureau of Economic Research appears to suggest. In a study released Monday, economists from the University of Delaware and Reed College provided some answers to the hotly contested debate over whether watching television gets in the way of other leisure activities, such as having sex.
