South Florida will be mostly dry on Saturday, but Sunday will bring quite a change in the weather. In the meantime, Saturday features a mix of sun and clouds with an ocean breeze. A high risk of dangerous rip currents is in place at the Atlantic beaches. Highs on Saturday will be in the low 80s.
Sunday will start off on the warm side with a few showers. Then we’ll see clouds, showers, and some storms as a front approaches. Those storms could be strong, with heavy rains and damaging winds. Sunday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.
Showers will linger on Monday morning. Then skies will clear as cooler air settles in. Monday’s highs will be in the mid 70s.
Tuesday morning lows will be in the upper 40s to mid 50s — and a strong breeze will make it feel colder. Despite plenty of sun, temperatures will top out in the mid to upper 60s on Tuesday.
After another chilly start on Wednesday, a warming trend will begin. Highs on Wednesday will be in the mid 70s.
