Elin Nordegren, the Swedish model who divorced an adulterous Tiger Woods in 2010, is becoming quite the real estate maven.
Nordegren, who received a $100 million divorce settlement from the legendary golfer, shortly thereafter purchased a 2-bedroom, 3-and-a-half bathroom beachfront townhouse for $1 million and listed it in October of last year for more than twice what she paid.
Turns out she was just getting warmed up.
Nordegren, 38, has now listed the sprawling North Palm Beach mansion that she also bought in the wake of the divorce for an astonishing $49.5 million.
The oceanfront home, coming in at nearly 26,000 square feet, boasts an impressive 11 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and 3 half-baths.
Ocean views abound throughout the manor, which sits on 1.4 acres of land. The home is the very picture of luxury, featuring—among other amenities—a home theater room (complete with bar), a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a home gym that would make even the most ardent gym rats envious and a magnificent 3-story Swarovski crystal chandelier.
