The Start Of A Pleasant Week Of Weather

Pleasant
South Florida will be mostly dry on Monday as we start a week of fairly pleasant weather.  Monday features the chance of an early east coast shower, with sun and clouds to follow.  An ocean breeze will push any afternoon showers well inland.  Highs on Monday will be in the upper 80s at the east coast and around 90 degrees elsewhere.
Tuesday will bring more of the same — sun, clouds, and a few quick showers on an ocean breeze.  Tuesday’s highs will range from the upper 80s at the east coast to the low 90s elsewhere.
Look for a few more showers on Wednesday, but it won’t be a washout.  Wednesday’s highs will be mostly in the upper 80s.
Thursday will feature a few early east coast showers, sun and clouds, an ocean breeze, and isolated afternoon showers in the interior and the Gulf coast.  Thursday’s highs will be mostly in the upper 80s.
Friday’s forecast includes sun, clouds, an ocean breeze, and a few showers in spots.  Highs on Friday will be in the upper 80s.
In the tropics, we’re watching an area of low pressure in the southwestern Caribbean.  While this feature has a low chance of developing before it reaches the Central American coast in a day or so, it will bring flooding rains to the region.
