Sunday Sun, Showers, Storms

sunday
South Florida will see a mix of sun, showers, and storms on Sunday.  The day features morning showers in the east coast metro area alternating with sun and clouds.  The sea breezes will focus most of the afternoon showers and storms in the interior and along the west coast.  Highs on Sunday will be near 90 degrees at the coasts and the low 90s inland.
Monday will be the driest day (relatively speaking) of the week, with sun, clouds, and periods of showers and storms in the afternoon.  Monday’s highs will be near 90 degrees in the populated areas and the low 90s in the interior.
Tuesday will bring more moisture, so look for more widespread showers and storms around the region.  Tuesday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Wednesday will feature some early east coast storms, sun and clouds in the morning, and afternoon showers and storms.  Wednesday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Thursday’s forecast includes some sun with periods of showers and storms.  Highs on Thursday will be in the low 90s.
We’re seeing the parade of tropical waves that we usually see crossing the Atlantic in mid to late August, but development is not expected for the next few days.
