Sun And Storms Sunday

storms sunday

South Florida will see some sun and afternoon storms Sunday. Look for clouds building late in the morning, followed by storms popping up around the region during the afternoon and early evening. Sunday’s highs will be near 90 degrees.

We won’t shake the summerlike weather pattern this workweek, either. Monday features plenty of afternoon storms around South Florida. Monday’s highs will be in the upper 80s.

Tuesday will also be unsettled, and we’ll see more afternoon storms, with much of the activity in the western parts of the Miami-Dade and Broward metro areas, in the interior, and along the Gulf coast. Highs will be mostly in the upper 80s on Tuesday.

We’ll see slightly fewer storms on Wednesday, with the bulk of them in the interior parts of South Florida, and highs will be in the upper 80s. Thursday will bring more widespread afternoon storms around the region, and highs will be mostly in the upper 80s.

Faith Based Events

storms sundayIn the tropics, Karl is zooming into the north Atlantic. At 5 am Sunday, Karl was located near 37.5 North, 53.5 West, and was moving northeast at 46 miles per hour. Karl is becoming post-tropical. Lisa has already degenerated into a post-tropical storms sundaysystem in the central Atlantic. And the wave nearing the central Atlantic has a high chance of becoming a tropical depression over the next five days as it moves quickly westward into the Caribbean. We’ll be watching it.
