Summertime Steaminess, Showers And Storms – Oh My!

steaminessSouth Florida is feeling the summertime steaminess on Thursday. After a warm start, Thursday will bring hot sun and some clouds, followed by afternoon showers and storms forming along the sea breeze. Most of the afternoon activity will be in the western suburbs and the interior. Highs on Thursday will be in the sticky low 90s.

 

steaminessFriday features some early coastal showers, a mix of sun and clouds, and a few afternoon showers and storms at the western edges of the metro area. Friday’s highs will be near 90 degrees.

Saturday will see a few coastal showers work their way westward during the morning, followed by a mix of sun and clouds. Some afternoon storms will be around, especially inland. Highs on Saturday will be near 90 degrees.

Sunday will bring more of the same — early showers, a sun-and-cloud mix, and a few afternoon storms. Sunday’s highs will be near 90 degrees again.

Look for a few early showers and a mix of sun and clouds on Monday, along with afternoon storms in spots. Monday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
