Miami Beach, Fla. StripSteak, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s newest signature restaurant from star chef Michael Mina opened earlier this year to raves. Now, the gorgeous dining destination has added a lavish Sunday brunch that hits all the right notes with an innovative menu and creative cocktails, along with a plethora of add-ons that make it one of the most luxurious values in Miami.  In addition to a fabulous two course plated menu, brunch guests also receive complimentary valet parking, a delicious signature cocktail, unlimited shellfish, and desserts including a weekly live-action station for $68 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, every Sunday. Free flowing libations are the perfect complement to a decadent brunch, and StripSteak offers bottomless Fizzy Bellboys, Mimosas and Bellinis for an additional $25 per person.

Guests should come hungry and prepare to be spoiled, as they’ll be treated like royalty from the moment they arrive at the casually chic StripSteak. Brunch-goers will be greeted with the restaurant’s signature cocktail, the Fizzy Bellboy, a light and delicious take on a traditional Bellini, before making their way to a copious spread of unlimited seasonal shellfish, and a bounty of sweet and savory indulgences – from charcuterie and cheeses to a Greek yogurt parfait bar, freshly baked breads, breakfast pastries, and much more – displayed on the restaurant’s central bar. One of the most beautiful rooms in Miami, the restaurant’s expansive floor-to-ceiling windows overlook gently swaying palm trees and the hotel’s iconic pool-scape.

The feast will continue with traditional – as well as many non-traditional – brunch items. Guests select first and second courses, choosing from appetizers such as Braised Baconwith tempura oyster, jicama salad and sweet soy glaze; Scottish Smoked Salmon, served atop a tasty fennel and apple slaw, with potato roesti and caviar cream; and Duck & Ricotta Cavatelli with black trumpet mushrooms, parmesan and butternut squash.  Entrée choices include brunchy plates galore – two Eggs Benedict lover’s dream dishes –Butter Poached Maine Lobster atop toasted sourdough with avocado and hollandaise an a Short Rib Benedict, with heirloom tomato and shisito peppers, as well as Brioche French Toast with salted caramel, maple reduction and toasted oat whipped cream . There are also options like a Wood Grilled 12 oz. Skirt Steak with a smoky jalapeno chimichurri and StripSteak Fried Chicken with watermelon kimchi.  Saving room for dessert is a serious consideration however with endless dessert options guests can end the meal on a sinfully sweet note with classic favorites from the unlimited dessert station including macarons, truffles and marshmallows, brownies, freshly made cakes and a weekly revolving live action station creating Chef’s choice of playful treats such as fried Oreos or Bananas Foster.

The best way to end any brunch? Complimentary valet. Guests who choose to add brunch to their departure day agenda, will have checkout extended to 2:00 p.m.
