In order to finalize his divorce from former Miami Dolphins cheerleader Lynn Aronberg, Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg had to agree to a strange condition involving Palm Beach County Commission and Vice Mayor Melissa McKinlay, according to a copy of Aronberg’s divorce agreement.

Democrat Dave, a former state senator, had to agree he’d never endorse McKinlay, a fellow liberal, for any elected office.

Never.

And the lifetime ban could cost Dave Aronberg $10,000 each time he endorses McKinlay.

Say what?

One source familiar with the Aronbergs’ divorce negotiations tells us Lynn suspected Dave was romantically involved with the sexy divorced mom-of-three McKinlay before they were married and still shared close bonds.

So, we’re told, Lynn wanted to stick it to the county commissioner on her way out the door.

“This sorta guarantees Dave can’t hang out with Melissa in political situations,” the source said.
