South Florida will see Afternoon Storms Again

By Donna Thomas, SouthFloridaReporter.com Meteorologist, July 23, 2015 – South Florida will see afternoon storms again on Thursday, but once again not everyone will get significant rain amounts.  After some heavy early showers in the Keys and a few passing showers elsewhere during the morning, look for hot sun, building clouds, highs in the low 90s, and storms developing by mid afternoon and lingering into the early evening.

Friday will be hot again, with highs in the low 90s, and afternoon storms will form again.

Storm chances increase on Saturday, but Sunday appears to be the stormier (and more rainy) day of the weekend.  Highs both days will be around 90 degrees.

Afternoon storms will be in the forecast again during the first half of the workweek, along with highs in the low 90s.
