By Donna Thomas, SouthFloridaReporter.com Meteorologist, Oct. 22, 2015 – It’s another breezy October day in South Florida, and showers are again in the forecast on Thursday. After quick early morning showers, look for a building breeze, more passing showers during the day, a high risk of dangerous rip currents through at least Friday, and highs in the mid 80s. Minor tidal flooding in low-lying areas is possible from Thursday through Tuesday.

Friday will feature more showers on an even stronger breeze, along with highs in the mid 80s. The weekend will be breezy and a bit on the warm side, with more sun and highs in the mid to upper 80s. The rip current risk will continue into the weekend. Monday will be breezy and warm, with highs in the mid to upper 80s, and Tuesday will continue our breezy trend and feature the return of passing showers.
