Showers and Storms Linger Today

Showers and storms linger in South Florida on Tuesday, but some relief is on the way.  In the meantime, Tuesday features plenty of clouds and periods of showers and storms, especially in the afternoon.  Highs on Tuesday will be in the upper 80s.

Wednesday will bring periods of sun (especially along the Gulf coast) alternating with showers and some storms.  Wednesday’s highs will be near 90 degrees.

We’ll see more sun and fewer showers on Thursday.  Thursday’s highs will be in the low 90s.  Friday will feature good sun early in the day, with some afternoon showers and storms in spots.  Friday’s highs will be in the low 90s.

Look for more of the same on Saturday — good sun with a few clouds, followed by afternoon showers and storms in some locations.  Highs on Saturday will be in the low 90s.

The tropical Atlantic is quiet right now.
