Rain returns to South Florida on Tuesday as tropical moisture makes its way into the area. The day features more clouds than sun and periods of showers and storms. Highs on Tuesday will be in the low 90s, but humidity levels will make it feel about 10 degrees hotter.
Look for clouds, showers, and storms to stick around on Wednesday. Wednesday’s highs will be near 90 degrees.
We’ll shift into a more typical summertime pattern of sun, clouds, and passing afternoon showers and storms on Thursday. Thursday’s highs will be near 90 degrees.
Friday will be another day with a mix of sun and clouds and passing showers and storms. Friday’s highs will be near 90 degrees.
Saturday will bring more tropical moisture into our area, so look for some sun, more clouds, and more widespread showers and storms. Highs on Saturday will be near 90 degrees.
In the tropics, that area of showers and storms we’ve been watching is pulling away from the U.S. east coast. It has a low chance of developing into a depression.
