Rain Moves In Later Today

rain

rainRain is on the way to South Florida late on Tuesday. But things will start calmly enough, with some early patchy fog followed by a mix of sun and clouds. Highs will reach the low 80s on Tuesday. Then the breeze increases as some showers and a few storms move in Tuesday evening in advance of a front.

Wednesday morning will be cloudy with some spotty showers, and highs will top out in the upper 70s. Storms will develop Wednesday afternoon into the evening as the front moves through. Some of those storms could be strong, with periods of heavy rain, gusty winds, and dangerous lightning.

The front will clear our area by mid morning on Thursday, so some showers could linger through the morning hours. Then we’ll see gradual clearing and highs in the upper 70s.

Friday will feature a mix of sun and clouds, and highs will reach the low 80s. Look for good sun, some clouds, and highs in the low to mid 80s on Saturday.
