Starting this fall, many dearly beloved fans will be gathered at Prince‘s Paisley Park, as the iconic estate will open for public tours starting Oct. 6. The announcement helps bring to life the long-term vision Prince had for all 65,000 square feet of his property, which served as both production studio and creative getaway for the legend.

“Opening Paisley Park is something that Prince always wanted to do and was actively working on,” Prince’s sister Tyka Nelson said in a press release. “Only a few hundred people have had the rare opportunity to tour the estate during his lifetime. Now, fans from around the world will be able to experience Prince’s world for the first time as we open the doors to this incredible place.”

Guided tours of the grounds, located in Chanhassen, Minnesota, will include an extensive tour of the main floor that houses the recording and mixing studios where Prince developed most of his biggest hits, along with tours of his video editing suite, rehearsal rooms, private NPG Music Club and personal soundstage/concert hall where he held private events and shows.

Additionally, thousands of personal artifacts from Prince’s archives — concert wardrobe, awards, instruments, artwork, rare recordings and more — will be on display.

Tickets will go on sale Friday for $38.50 each, and daily tours are set to begin October 6th.
