Now, unless the Lake Worth-based Drymension Group is made whole quickly, the contractor will be free to attempt to foreclose on Stern’s $52 million-plus beachfront crib.

The company worked on the $10 million-renovation of Stern’s new 18,000-square-foot mansion that, according to the blue prints, was to satisfy model wife Beth Ostrosky Stern‘s desire for a bigger closet.
