Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County has launched an online silent auction in support of its signature event, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s Déjà Vu. The silent auction is now live and available for bidding – whether or not the bidder plans to attend the March 25th event.
Bidders simply visit HERE and follow the instructions to compete for a wide variety of valuable prizes, ranging from a South African Safari to tickets to see Jay Leno appear live to high-end accessories from Invicta, Kate Spade and Coach. Proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County, dedicated to providing children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported, one-to-one mentoring relationships.
This year’s gala event, themed “I Want My Déjà Vu,” will flash back to the ‘80s in classic MTV style, conjuring memories of Rubik’s Cubes and Pac Man, ET and The Breakfast Club, and Madonna and Boy George. The event headliner is the legendary Mickey Thomas of Starship, who will appear in concert with special guest Stephanie Calvert. (Video below)
The event, slated for 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 25 at the Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, features dinner and live and silent auctions, in addition to the concert. Tickets are $350 per person and registration is still open HERE
