In the tropics, Tropical Storm Sara is approaching Belize, but heavy rain from this system continues to cause flash flooding and mudslides in Honduras and neighboring portions of Central America.  Sara is forecast to move slowly over the Yucatan and dissipate on Monday.  However, tropical moisture from Sara is expected to be pushed into Florida as a strong front moves through on Wednesday.
